Project management, the HPCL way

The Standing Committee on Petroleum & Chemicals praised HPCL in its report for 2001-02. It praised the PSU for saving Rs 1,432 crore in the 9th Plan through effective project management and monitoring. It appreciated the prudent use of internal resources and cost reduction measures.
