Mahindra Engineering and Chemical Products, an ISO 9001 company, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Established in 1964, the company has two divisions: M-Seal division which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing products for energy sector, and Engineering division which manufactures material handling equipment.
MECPL, in collaboration with Tsubaki of Japan, manufactures material handling equipment, including bucket elevators, apron conveyors and feeders and flow conveyors.
Besides, the company offers belt conveyors and complete crushing, screening and material handling systems. The company's products are energy efficient and are designed for reduced environmental pollution. The company offers material handling systems for core sector industries like cement, fertiliser, chemical, coal, grain, sugar etc. It has branches in almost all important cities of India and has more than 100 distributors.
