Quenching the thirst in North Tripura
By A Business Correspondent
The North Tripura District Administration has chalked out various schemes to streamline water supply in the district during the year 2002-03. The total cost of these projects is estimated to be Rs 6.8 crore. Most of the funds would be spent on setting up water treatment plants at various places in the district. While one plant was commissioned in May 2002 at Hurua in Dharmanagar, two other plants are expected to be commissioned in the coming months.
