Mumbai to play host to annual symposium on oil & gas
IORS-2002-The 9th Annual India Oil & Gas Review Symposium & and International Exhibition-[Mumbai, September 9-10], has been scheduled as an exclusive opportunity for senior and middle level executives focusing on the technological challenges, opportunities and new ideas for optimising processes and leveraging competitive advantages in the global petroleum industry. This symposium features two days of interactive discussions offering executives the opportunity to discover competitive strategies and build new business relationships. The symposium also provides a platform for participating delegates to gain up-to-the-minute information and case studies from within oil and gas industry and use this information in the development and revision of current strategic and operational plans within their own organisations.
Technical sessions for IORS-2002 will focus extensively on the upstream and downstream activities and cover E&P, lubricants, construction engineering, catalysts, corrosion, communications, distribution and marketing, drilling, production, platform engineering, fuel emission, fuel quality, geochemical exploration, enhanced recovery, exploration surveys, seismic well-logging and basin modelling, hydrocarbon resources and petroleum supply scenario, technology integration and exploration developments, instruments and control, LPG and LNG, natural gas, coal bed methane, gas hydrate and deep-water exploration, offshore platform, oil and gas transportation, and pipelines.
Besides, it will also cover ports, including logistics, production, petroleum speciality products, refineries and tankages upgradation, reservoir management, residue upgradation, safety and environment, and well completion.
