Saudi billionaire Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz, the likely future Prime Minister of Lebanon, has a personal fortune estimated at $20 billion, ranking him among the world's richest.
    The Prince's Kingdom Holding Company, which has huge interests in the construction and hospitability industry, recently commissioned the construction of a complex that is now the world's fourth highest skyscraper. The $453 million Kingdom Trade Centre complex with a height of 300 metres is spread over 94,250 sq. m of land. Al-Waleed also owns the first Four Seasons Hotel in the Gulf.
