Unique jaw crusher
The jaw crusher from CCS Projects & Equipment Pvt. Ltd, which manufactures both mobile and stationary crushing and screening plants, asphalt batch mix plants and material handling equipment, works on the same principle as the human jaw: one stationary jaw (like the upper set of teeth) and the other moveable (like the lower set of teeth) with the material (food) fed into the two jaws (mouth) and crushed (chewed) to the desired size and discharged (swallowed).
The toggle pitman mechanism converts the rotary motion of the eccentric shaft into the containers reciprocating motion of the swing jaw (also known as lever). The shaft R.P.M. is equal to the number of strokes per minute of the swing jaw and hence directly proportional to its crushing capacity. The company manufactures jaw crushers based on single toggle (grease lubricated) and double toggle (oil lubricated) mechanism.
