Tourism projects in four districts of Himachal

The Himachal Pradesh government has identified five project sites for leasing out to private parties for development of different tourism facilities. The state Tourism department plans to earmark 108.13 acres of land spread across four districts for the project. They are as follows:
Kullu: Two sites, namely Shoja and Bara Gran, have been identified for development of golf course and adventure sports facilities. Around 21 acres of land will be leased out.
Solan: A golf course and a weekend gateway resort has been proposed at Baddi for which 74.8 acres of land has been allocated.
Mandi: Twelve acres have been allocated to develop a forest resort and a meditation centre at Jhatingri.
Sirmur: A meditation centre and a trekking base camp has been proposed at Rajgarh. The land allocated for this work is of 0.25 acres.
