Selling concepts not just paints

Yenepoya-Jotun Paints Trading (India) Pvt. Ltd is a subsidiary of Jotun Paints of Norway. YJPT, the sole selling agent for the parent company in India, was established late 2000. Initially, the company's operations were restricted to Maharashtra and to an extent south India. But, in this brief span the company has spread its operations all over the country. It boasts an exclusive range of paints, both exterior and interior. The company's paints are anti-fungal and environmental-friendly. Jotafibre, Futura 2 and Jotashield are some of the noted brands. Scratch-proof, crack-proof and resistance to rain, fire and water are some of the qualities of the paints sold by YJPT.
An important feature of YJPT's marketing is that the company doesn't sell just paints but the entire concept to its customers. It has a certain procedure to be followed by the user from surface preparation to the finish and from application of the primer till the last coat and touch-ups. By following these procedures the lifespan of its products can be increased substantially.
