SPL Industries Ltd, a Faridabad-based textile company, has chalked out a Rs 32.33 crore capex plan. The company is expanding its existing facilities and is also setting up new units. All the projects will be undertaken at Faridabad in Uttar Pradesh.
The company is coming out with an IPO to part finance these projects. Also, the company has availed of a Rs 10 crore loan under TUF scheme.
