UPSIDC is setting up an Export Promotion Industrial Park at Surajpur, Greater Noida Region, under EPIP scheme of the government of India. The park is being set up at an estimated cost of Rs 30 crore. EPIP is spread over 200 acres and will house approximately 450 units with a capital outlay of Rs. 60 crore.
These units will have a minimum export commitment of 55 per cent of their product. The EPIP will be free from power cuts due to uninterrupted power supply from Noida Power Company, a private sector company of RPG Group.
