S.O. 989(E): In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas No. S.O. 1895 dated the 29th July 2010 published in the Gazette of India on July 31, 2010.
In the said notification, for the numbers and words, “Plot No. 325, District Centre, Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar 51016 (Orissa)” the numbers and words “3rd Floor, Alok Bharati Towers, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar 751007 (Odisha)” shall be substituted. This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
