S.O. 1230(E): In exercise of the power conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the central government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O.1248 (E), dated May 28, 2008, in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) published on dated May 29, 2008, namely:-
In the said notification, the designation of the competent authority i.e. the words “Shri Bimal Dubey, Deputy General Manager (Land Acquisition), Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd, VI Floor, Palika Bhawan, Sector-XIII, Ramakrishna Puram, New Delhi-110066 shall be substituted by the words Om Kumar Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), 37/7 West Cott Building, Mall Road, Kanpur-208001, in respect of the Land falling in Kanpur Dehat distirct, Auraiyya and Etawah in ttar Pradesh with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
