S.O. 1310(E): In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum Minerals Pipelines(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in modification of Notification of the Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. S.O. 2845(E), dated December 26, 2012, the central government hereby authorises Dayanand Saraswati, Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to perform the functions of Competent Authority for HPCL’s Rewari-Kanpur Pipeline project in addition to his present job as Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar under the said
Act, within the territory of Uttar Pradesh state.
