ZION Hills Golf County, a golf and second-home villa community in Kolar on the outskirts of Bengaluru, is taking up its second phase shortly. The phase would include condominiums and two-bedroom units, costing between Rs 70 lakh to Rs 4 crore respectively.
In phase 2, it would have one bedroom condominium sizes ranging from 1,100 sq ft to 1,250 sq ft. The base price is about Rs 4,850 per sq ft and the units will be priced Rs 65 to 75 lakh. It would have 75 units. It would include 150 two bedroom units, measuring between 1,800 to 2,250 sq ft and priced around Rs 4,850 per sq ft. The overall price would be Rs one crore to 1.25 crore.
