Ircon International (IRCON) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company Ircon Akloli-Shirsad Expressway on 23 December 2021 as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for road project.
The scope of work includes construction of eight-lane access-controlled expressway from 3.0000 km to 20.200 km (Shirsad to Akloli Section-SPUR of Vadodra Mumbai Expressway) in the state of Maharashtra on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase-II – Package-XIV).
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had issued the letter of award to company for undertaking the road project.
