RITES has invited bids for construction of railway siding and allied works of rail infrastructure of Buxar Thermal Power project.The scope of work includes construction of railway siding including earthwork in railway formation, RCC box culverts, major bridges, track linking, including supply of track ballast, point & crossing, P-Way fittings & fixture and supply, installation, commissioning of in motion weigh bridge, etc excluding supply of rails and PSC sleepers (Package-IV) of rail infrastructure of Buxar Thermal Power project (two x 660 MW) at Chausa in Buxar district of Bihar.
The estimated value of the project is Rs 211.75 crore with completion period of 18 months.
