Simpliwork Offices has inked a long-term lease for 2,30,945 sq ft Grade A office space at Sky One Corporate Park in Pune, Maharashtra.
This transaction is the largest Pune office lease signed till date in 2020.
It provides fully furnished and managed offices for medium and large enterprises. The company will be one of the first to occupy Sky One Corporate Park, the new three million sq ft commercial project by Lunkad Realty at Viman Nagar.
Also, this will be Simpliwork Offices first office in Pune. The company plans to accommodate around 2,500 employees at its Pune location soon.
