TREVOC Group, the real estate firm known for its premium TREVOC Royal Residences on Golf Course Road, is initiating a significant growth phase with an investment of  Rs 200 crore aimed at expanding into Tier-2 urban markets of Haryana. The company has identified Sohna, Sonipat, Panipat, Kundli, and Karnal as key cities for this initiative, which is projected to unfold over the next 24 to 30 months. The expansion strategy focuses on developing plotted townships, low-rise gated residential complexes, and what is poised to be the region’s first set of villas under a hospitality brand.

To facilitate accelerated development, TREVOC is actively considering collaborations through joint ventures and joint development agreements. These partnerships are expected to optimise project timelines and resource allocation.

The expansion is being catalysed by ongoing and proposed infrastructure upgrades in the region. Sohna’s strategic location on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, combined with the recently completed Gurugram-Sohna Elevated Road and an upcoming metro link, positions it as a critical growth node. Meanwhile, Sonipat is expected to benefit from a 26.5-kilometre metro line extension connecting it directly to Delhi and its proximity to the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), which is scheduled for completion by mid-2025. Panipat will soon be connected to the national capital via the Delhi–Panipat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), which will reduce commute times to under 45 minutes.

According to Managing Director Gurpal Singh Chawla, the company has meticulously timed its entry into Tier-2 cities in line with evolving infrastructure and consumer aspirations. He emphasised that this expansion is not merely about geographical growth but represents a deliberate strategic repositioning for the long term.

The planned Rs 200 crore infusion is being sourced from a mix of internal accruals and a close network of private investors. Funds will be allocated towards initial project deposits, on-ground development activities, regulatory compliances, and comprehensive brand building across the selected cities. The first projects in Sohna and Kundli are anticipated to be launched by the fourth quarter of 2025. Further developments in Sonipat, Panipat, and Karnal will follow in successive phases. The Group is also in the advanced stages of negotiation for approximately 25 acres of land in one of the identified cities, with official announcements expected in the coming quarter.
