The Irrigation & CAD Department, Andhra Pradesh, has floated tenders for Sanjeeva Reddy High Level Lift Canal Phase-II project.
The scope of work involves construction of two balancing reservoirs, gravity canal along with CM and CD works, one pumping station including construction of pump house, procurement, erection testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical, hydro-mechanical and pressure mains for creation of an IP for 46,453 acre ayacut in Duttalur, Vinjamur, Udayagiri and Marripadu mandals in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh under Somasila Project — Anam Sanjeeva Reddy High Level Lift Canal Phase-II on EPC basis.
The work will be completed in a period of 36 months at a cost of Rs 503.37 crore.
