Bajaj Finserv has commenced development of its new corporate campus at Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis laying the foundation stone for the project on September 7, 2026.

Spread across 7.2 million sq ft, the Bajaj Finserv Campus is planned to house the company’s diversified financial services businesses at a single location. The development will include Pune’s tallest steel tower and is expected to become India’s largest single-location financial services office.

The campus is being designed as an AI- and IoT-enabled facility, with technology integrated into building operations. Sensors, analytics and automated systems will monitor weather, occupancy and environmental conditions and enable the campus to optimise energy and water consumption, manage crowd movement and density, and improve operational safety. IoT-enabled predictive maintenance systems will monitor critical infrastructure, while automation and robotics will support campus operations.

The project will incorporate sustainability features, including renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, water recycling and zero-waste systems. The campus is targeting 80 percent water recycling and will be designed to meet global LEED and IGBC standards. The company also plans to integrate extensive green spaces, including Ayurvedic gardens, Miyawaki forests and replanted native forests, with native Maharashtra species being used to support biodiversity.

Employee-focused facilities will include floor- and cluster-level monitoring of air quality and temperature, an integrated medical centre with telemedicine and emergency response facilities, and wellness infrastructure. A Bajaj One Employee App will provide access to campus services such as navigation, parking and facility bookings.

The campus will also incorporate Indian art, craft and heritage elements, including representations of traditional art forms, along with elements from Bajaj Finserv’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The development forms part of Bajaj Finserv’s strategy to consolidate its corporate operations in Pune while creating a technology-enabled and sustainable workplace. The company has stated that the campus will operate on renewable energy and support its target of achieving carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by FY2032.
