BCD Group, a real estate developer, has recently tied up with a number of large real estate players in Bengaluru to develop residential and commercial buildings with a combined area of almost 4 million square feet.
BCD has so far partnered with Emprasa Project, Century Developers, Legacy, Koncept Ambience, and Ozone to execute projects worth Rs 1,000 crore during 2023-24.
BCD is also trying to expand its footprint in residential and commercial projects by securing Grade-A sites for turnkey development.
