Bids invited for Dr Narla Tata Rao thermal power station

The Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation has floated tender for Dr. Narla Tata Rao thermal power station.

The scope of work envisages design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, supply delivery, transit and site storage insurance storage intra site transportation.

It also involves construction/erection of all mechanical, electrical,  instrumentation and control systems, civil, structural and architectural works of complete flue gas desulphurization plant, coordinated with BTG and BOP equipment and connecting with existing equipment/systems without any damage of the same site testing, commissioning, trail run, performance and guarantee tests and handing over of the complete FGD plant as per specification for Dr Narla Tata Rao thermal power station Stage-V (one x 800 MW) Unit-8 in Andhra Pradesh.

The work will be completed at a cost of Rs 300 crore.
