Chittoor Thachur Highway executes concession agreement with NHAI

Chittoor Thachur Highway, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers, has executed concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a road project.

The project involves development of six-laning of Chittoor-Thachur Road from 96.040 km (Pondavakkam) to 116.100 km (Kannigaipair) on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana, in the state of Tamil Nadu (Package-IV).

The company’s bid project cost is Rs 909 crore with first year operations and maintenance cost Rs 1.98 crore.

The construction period is of 730 days and operation period of 15 years commencing from COD.
