The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has invited bids for construction of office building for Income Tax Department at No 4, 5 and 6 Infantry road in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The scope of work includes construction of office building (basement+G+18 floors) for Income Tax Department including internal and external civil, electrical and mechanical services like internal water supply & sanitary installations, firefighting system, automatic fire alarm and PA system, lifts, centralised air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, IBMS, IP based EPABX system, LAN system, UPS, solar water heating system, solar photovoltaic power generation system, hydro pneumatic water supply systems, access control system, and civil, electrical & mechanical external developments and bulk services like roads, sewer lines, borewell, filter water supply distribution lines, STP treated water distribution lines, organic waste converter, rain water harvesting, underground sump, DG sets, mechanised gate, baggage scanner, door frame metal detector, mechanised puzzle car parking system, street lighting, etc horticulture works, fixtures and building information modelling (BIM), etc on EPC basis.
The estimated value of the project is Rs 185.82 crore with completion period of 28 months.
