‘Maya Garden City’ project being developed by Barnala Builders & Property Consultants (BBPC) is expected to be complete by the last quarter of calendar year 2015. However, BBPC is expected to start giving possession of the flats in a phased manner by November 2014.
Maya Garden City is a group housing project developed on the Zirakpur- Ambala highway on a plot of land admeasuring 21.8 acres, having a total saleable area of about 24.85 lakh square feet. The project was launched in November 2011 and involves construction of 1,394 apartments. Total project cost is estimated at Rs.426 cr expected to be funded through the promoters’ contribution, external debt and customer advances in the ratio 1:2.3:20.3.
