NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded two major work contracts totaling Rs 271.62 crore. The two contracts were awarded by the Court receiver to the company to complete the projects of Amrapali group.
The first contract was for the as-is construction of the Amrapali corporate hub’s left-out works at Tower J, Sector-2, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon, Haryana. The order value is Rs 42.44 crore.
The second contract is for specialised repair and upgrade works in civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, as well as other associated services pertaining to real estates developed by the Amrapali group in Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The order value is Rs 229.18 crore.
