NBCC (India) has floated tender for construction of smart township in Chatra district of
Jharkhand.
The scope of work involves construction of smart township/colony with colony road network
and other road, service buildings and other allied jobs, related to mines for Magadh & Amrapali
of CCL at Tandwa Block.
The detailed scope of work envisages construction of Residential, Non residential buildings,
Industrial buildings, Intake well, WTP, STP, ETP, MEP works, road works and other works
related to campus development as per scope of work and tender documents.
The work will entail an investment of Rs 659.88 crore in a period of 30 months.
