NBCC (India) has invited bids for construction of National Sports University including multipurpose sports hall, administration and academic block, faculty residences and civic amenities at Koutruk in Imphal district of Manipur on EPC basis.
The scope of work includes construction of multipurpose sports hall, administration & academic blocks, faculty residences and service buildings of National Sports University which also includes loose furniture, lifts, sanitary works, electrical works (low side and high side) DG sets, HVAC with BMS system, firefighting services, fire alarm system, PA system, EPABX system, security & IT Infrastructure, low voltage systems of various buildings, development of plot, horticulture works, landscaping, driveways, parking, pathways, STP, WTP, internal and external services, solar water heating, art works, etc.
The value of the project is Rs 649.33 crore with completion period of 24 months.
