State-owned THDC India (THDCIL) has signed a pact to build 10,000 MW solar power projects in Rajasthan.
The solar PV projects will be set up with an estimated investment of Rs 40,000 crore. THDC will set up renewable energy parks/ projects of 10,000 MW. The investment span would be over the next four to five years.
The RE parks will be implemented through a special purpose vehicle in the term of a joint venture with Rajasthan Renwable Energy Corporation (RRECL) in the ratio of 74:26
