Colliers Project Leaders – Middle East, a leading project management firm, has been awarded a contract to provide comprehensive project management services for the new World Trade Center in Yerevan, Armenia, valued at approximately USD 250 million. This project, a joint initiative between the Armenian government and Renshin Ltd., is a major public-private partnership. The development is set to include a state-of-the-art mixed-use facility featuring commercial spaces, offices, retail areas, hotels, and exhibition halls. Colliers, recognized for its expertise in real estate and large-scale project delivery, previously managed notable projects such as the World Trade Center in Bengaluru, India.

Colliers continues to strengthen its presence in the Middle East, where it is well-regarded for its successful execution of projects across various sectors including infrastructure, residential, education, healthcare, and office spaces.
