December 20, 2019, Pune: Pune-based real estate developer and award-winning creator of premium residential and commercial projects in Pune and Goa, Gera Developments, on December 20, 2019, Friday, held foundation laying ceremony of its newest ChildCentric® Homes project, Gera’s World of Joy Upper Kharadi. The foundation-laying was celebrated with a private concert by the Indian musical trio, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. “It gives me immense pleasure to work closely with Gera Developments for their ChildCentric® Homes projects.
