NBCC (India) has invited bids for development of a permanent campus of IIM Sambalpur (Phase-I) in the state of Odisha on design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.
The scope of work involves designing and obtaining approval and construction of administration building (G+ two), faculty block (G+ three), academic block (G+three), auditorium block (G+one), MDP block including guest house (G+three), library and incubation block (G+three), hostel (G+four), PHD hostel (G+three), faculty residence (S+four), Directors bungalow (G+ one), site development, among others.
This also includes development of external and internal facilities, lifts, sub-station equipment, BMS, CCTV, access-control system, EPABX, fire alarm and firefighting, HVAC, mechanical ventilation, solar power generation system & sub-station, fixed furniture works (such as classrooms & auditorium furniture, etc), related external development works and allied works.
The estimated cost of the work is Rs 315.82 crore, with completion period of 20 months.
