Anarock is entering commercial real estate consultancy business to sell office properties and will invest Rs 100 crore by mid-2021.
The company has formed a separate vertical Anarock Commercial with 100 staff for this new venture. The company will start with three cities — Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), National Capital Region (NCR) and Bengaluru.
Later, it will expand to other cities. It has already secured mandate from builders to sell three million sq ft. Grade-A office space worth Rs 2.5 lakh crore is under construction in top seven cities to be completed over the next four years. Anarock Commercial will operate in MMR, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata.
