Mecon has invited bids for appointment of EPC contractor for construction of buildings in Central University, Jammu at Rahya-Suchani (Bagla) in Jammu & Kashmir.
The scope of work will include design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over of 500 beds boys hostel (G+3) building, 500 beds girls hostel (G+3) building, Basic & Applied Science Block (G+3) and Library-cum-Administrative Block (G+4) in RCC framed earthquake resistant structure including vetting from IIT/NIT, structural sheds for housing main LT panel and RMU for all buildings.
The completion period for the above work is 24 months.
