The Board of Directors of Linde India has approved the capital expenditure (capex) proposal for setting-up of a 264 tpd merchant Air Separation Unit in New Industrial Park, Hero Hitech Cycle Valley near Ludhiana in Punjab.
The Board has approved a total capital expenditure of Rs 1,521 million towards the construction of the aforesaid air separation plant, which is expected to be on stream by December 2023.
This capital expenditure will be financed by the company’s own sources/internal accruals.
