Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has secured new orders worth Rs 2,225 crore across its power transmission and distribution (T&D) business, strengthening its project pipeline and taking its order book to a record high.

The latest order wins comprise contracts and a letter of comfort worth approximately Rs 2,031 crore in India and international markets, along with an order worth Rs 194 crore secured by its Swedish subsidiary, Linjemontage i Grästorp AB.

The new contracts come amid growing investments in power transmission infrastructure, grid expansion and renewable energy integration across domestic and international markets.

Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and CEO of KPIL, said the latest T&D orders reflect customers’ confidence in the company’s execution capabilities and technical expertise.

He added that KPIL had secured orders worth approximately Rs 20,000 crore so far in FY27, registering year-on-year growth of more than 30%.

Separately, Linjemontage has secured a contract worth approximately Rs 194 crore, equivalent to around SEK 200 million, from Swedish electricity network operator Ellevio AB.

The project involves the refurbishment and expansion of an existing 130 kV substation at Repbäcken in Borlänge, Sweden, to enhance electricity grid capacity and reliability. The project is scheduled to continue until October 2029.

The latest order wins are expected to further strengthen KPIL’s presence in the power transmission and distribution segment and support its growth across domestic and international markets.
