Lemon Tree Hotels is opening a new hotel in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh under its brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotels’. It has signed a license agreement for a 47-room property, which is expected to be operational by December 2023.

Under the pact, Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the company, has been entrusted the task of operating the hotel.

The property will feature 47 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, a banquet, a gym and other public spaces.

The hotel chain has two operational hotels in Indore and Bandhavgarh, with upcoming properties in Kanha and Jabalpur in the state, which is known for its tourism and business potential.

LTHL operates across the upscale, upper-midscale, midscale and economy segments. It currently operates 8,350 rooms in 87 hotels across 53 destinations. As per the company’s projected plan for calendar year 2024/25, it will expand its portfolio to 11,450 rooms in 126 hotels across 81 destinations.
