The government of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has floated tender for construction of two-lane bridge in Assam.
The scope of work involves construction of new two-lane major bridge including approaches over Brahmaputra between Majuli on North bank and Jorhat on South bank from 11.690 km to 19.715 (length of bridge 6,812.5 mtr) (Package-II) on NH-715k in Assam through an EPC contract.
The work will be completed in 48 months at a cost of Rs 687.9 crore.
