Om Shivam Buildcon intends to build residential-cum-commercial complex “Shiva Vistara” in Sondapar in Nagpur district of Maharashtra.
The project will cover 5.78 acre of land parcel and comprises construction of two residential buildings with B+S+14 floors and 224 flats, as well as one commercial building with B+G+Mezz.+5 floors including modern amenities.
According to the information shared with the Projects Today, Om Shivam Buildcon is awaiting environmental clearance for the project.
The contractor is yet to be finalised. Work on the project expected to begin by mid-2023.
The company is expected to complete the project by April 2026.
