The Panvel City Municipal Corporation has invited bids for construction affordable housing for rehab & free sale dwelling unit EWS 618 & LIG 150 with commercial component of 118 shops in 5 different locations in Panvel Municipal Corporation area under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).
The scope of work involves survey, planning, designing, building construction, obtaining all relevant permissions required completion/occupancy certificate from concerned authority on EPC.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 120 crore with completion period of 36 months.
