Panvel City Municipal Corporation has invited bids for construction of affordable housing.The scope of work includes survey, planning, designing, building, construction obtaining all relevant permissions required completion/ occupancy certificate from concerned local authority on lump-sum turnkey basis for construction of affordable housing under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna for rehab and free sale dwelling units EWS – 1,602 with commercial component of 87 shops at Kachchhi Mohalla and Patel Mohalla.
The estimated value of the work is Rs 266.62 crore with completion period of 36 months.
