RITES, a PSU engaged as consultant, engineer and project manager in the field of infrastructure, has secured two major projects from the Ministry of Railways.
The company secured railway electrification work order on turnkey basis from the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways. The electrification work is between Mysuru-Hassan-Mangaluru worth Rs 461.23 crore. The second project is between Lumding-Badarpur worth Rs 288.44 crore.
Apart from this, Metro Express, Mauritius, has awarded additional work of consultancy services (PMC) for extension of the mainline from Rose Hill to Reduit through Ebene for an additional fee of MUR 250 million (approximately Rs 45 crore).
