The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has issued tender for a residential development on a 9,300 sq mtr plot at Strachey Road Colony, Liluah, near Howrah Railway Station, West Bengal for a lease period of 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 29.58 crore.
A built-up area of approximately 20,925 sq mtr is proposed with Floor Space Index (FSI) of 2.25 for the complete plot size.
The pre-bid meeting was held on 21 February 2022, where state and local level developers attended and expressed keen interest. The last date for e-bid submission through online mode is 30 March 2022.
