Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mahanadi Coalfields, a subsidiary of Coal India.
The MoU has been inked for entrusting project management consultancy (PMC) for rail infrastructure works of MCL to RVNL from concept to commissioning.
