Swarnmani, a residential project in Kolkata, is likely to be complete by March 2015 as against earlier deadline of December 2014. According to the project promoters, the project has already received all the major approvals for the projects like high rise clearance, fire, pollution, water supply, sewerage connection and power. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 325 crore and the company has incurred cost of Rs. 274 crore till the end of March 2014. According to project promoters, the company has already sold around 125 flats.
Swarnmani project is being implemented by Kolkata based Mani Square Ltd which is a part of the Kolkata-based Mani Group. The group is engaged in the construction, development and maintenance of commercial, retail as well as residential real estate. It owns and manages Mani Square Mall, which is a 7,30,000 square feet retail mail in Kolkata.
