Engineers India has invited international competitive bids for captive power plant (Package-9) at Rajasthan Refinery Complex at Pachpadra for Rajasthan Refinery Project (RRP) of HRRL, Barmer, Rajasthan.
The scope of work of EPCC/LSTK contractor includes project management, basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, inspection, transportation of all equipment/materials to the work site, storage, assembly, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance guarantee testing for CPP as a whole and individual major item under the package as per the tender scope presence in EIL and the owner’s representative, including handing over of the CPP package on lump sum turnkey basis including supply of mandatory/ recommended spares.
The completion period is 14 months for mechanical completion plus two months for pre-commissioning and commissioning from the date of letter of acceptance (LOA) for utility boilers along with the associated works.
The completion period for CFBC, STG and other balance CPP works is 26 months for mechanical completion from the date of letter of acceptance (LOA), plus two months for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
