USA is experiencing severe cold weather this winter with many parts of the country going through sub zero degree temperatures for many days. One direct impact of this climate is less jailbreaks! Recently, a Kentucky inmate who was on the run returned to jail being unable to withstand bitter cold temperature outside.
But inmates in Indian jails are surprised; of course, for different reasons. In US prisoners still follow the outdated and uncivilised method of jailbreaking to set themselves free. They are still not aware of the ‘parole’ system.
