Godrej Properties (GPL) has announced two new projects in Worli and Matunga east in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
GPL will jointly develop a land parcel in the upscale neighbourhood of Worli. The project will offer around 0.11 million sq mtr (1.17 million sq ft) of saleable area as part of a redevelopment project.
The second project will be a residential development on a land parcel located near Five Gardens in Matunga (east). The project will offer approximately 16,000 sq mtr (0.17 million sq ft) of saleable area comprising residential apartments of various configurations.
