West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has inaugurated a manufacturing unit of Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) at Raninagar in Jalpaiguri.
As many as 250 people will be directly and indirectly employed in the new factory. The company has invested Rs 660 crore in the new plant, its second in the state.
The two projects taken together, HCCB has invested Rs 1,000 crore in Bengal. The first plant, also in Jalpaiguri, has employed 170 people directly and 450 indirectly
