Indian Hume Pipe Company has received letter of acceptance (LoA) for work worth Rs 198.80 crore from Minor Irrigation and Ground Water Development Division, Kalaburagi, Karnataka government.
The scope of work involves filling of tanks in Kalaburagi (south) Taluka of Kalaburagi district by lifting water from Bennethora reservoir for ground water development and drinking water purpose on turkey basis including operation and maintenance for five years.
The project is to be completed in 24 months.
